  • How to lucid dream tips to help you make the experience longer, more vivid, and more intense. In other words, this goal is to go beyond simply learning how to have a lucid dream.  We want to make the dream even better
  • Coaching that helps break through some common problems such as waking too early, not remembering the whole dream, or having the dream fade

We will also help you as you get more advanced at how to lucid dream.  There are sections about what to do when you have a dry spell.  We teach how to try new methods such as wake-induced procedures to learn how to have a lucid dreams at more times during the day or night.
